The head strap is surprisingly comfortable compared to the original one. The design is decent and it provides pretty good support. The knob at the back is very easy to use and helps keeps the straps securely in place, though it doesn��t look the nicest.

It helps to hold the unit on your head with no pressure on your nose or face. Much more comfortable to wear. It's heavy but it's comfy.

At the end of the day I was looking for a more comfortable head strap than the original OEM version and something that can at the same time give me added battery life. This head strap does not have pass through charging which means you have to charge this separate to your Oculus and you can't charge this at the same time which is not the greatest because I've used another battery headset where it charges both the Oculus and the headset battery at the same time. It definitely provides a lot more battery life and more playing time. The head strap itself has two headbands and the front one doesn't make much contact with the top of my head or my kids heads so it's not very useful. The adjustment for the back is really useful to keep the Oculus secure and it is a lot more comfortable than the original strap. Overall it's decent.
